ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
James M. Dickey, P.L.S. is a Principal of Cinquini & Passarino with over 28 years of experience in the private sector working for Land Surveying & Civil Engineering firms. He has a variety of experience that includes large municipal projects, subdivisions, boundary surveys that involved boundary analysis, topographic and utility mapping, right-of-way acquisition documents, and calculations for construction projects. Mr. Dickey has worked in Railroad Surveying since 2009 and enjoys the challenges and complexity of working on these unique projects.  Mr. Dickey is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association since 2010.

SEMINAR SCHEDULE:

Registration opens at 7:00 AM, with refreshments available. The seminar will begin promptly at 8:00 AM and conclude by 3:30 PM.

Lunch will be served at 12:00 PM, and two 15-minute breaks will be provided throughout the day.
