BPELS New Licensing System - Like Easy? Renew Early!

We're updating our licensing system, which will affect your renewal and license management.

If you’re within 120 days of your renewal date, please renew now. You cannot practice with an expired license.

The new BRPELS system is called the Online Application Service and Information System, or OASIS.

Also, the State of Washington is moving to a new online platform, WA.gov. Once the transition happens you will no longer use DOL or Secure Access Washington (SAW) to manage your license.

Because of this transition, we will be very limited in our abilities to renew your license during the first quarter of 2027.

Important: Customers whose licenses are eligible for renewal during the first quarter of 2027 should complete their renewal before January 15th to make sure there are no issues with your license staying active.

After the transition, you’ll renew and manage your license in OASIS through WA.gov.
